Having the Glory of God
“The glory of God”–it’s a well-known phrase. Most people, however, would be hard-pressed to come up with a concise definition of these four words, as if a concise defintion would be sufficient. Today’s text, with its description of the New Jerusalem, speaks clearly of the glory of God, in its radiant, redemptive, and reflective aspects. May we be encouraged as we take it in with wonder and amazement.
