The prophet Ezekiel, exiled to Babylon with most of his countrymen, was given a vision of the glory of God. He does his best to convey through mortal language what he saw and heard, and many artists have attempted to create a rendering of his description. But no language or picture or first-hand sight of even the trappings of God is capable of communicating, nor are we capable of receiving, the full glory of the great I AM.
