The Nations Shall Know
Chapter 25 of Ezekiel begins a new focus for the prophet. The first 24 chapters concentrate on the sins of Israel—God’s people—along with their judgment and future hope. But chapters 25-32 comprise a section that shifts the focus to the nations around Israel and their coming judgment. Yet there is an ultimate purpose in God’s sovereign rule over all the affairs of all men that is repeated throughout these 32 chapters.
